We collect only the information needed to operate accounts, deliver purchases, protect the platform, and provide communications you choose.
What we use
Account and contact details support sign-in, customer service, purchase delivery, fraud prevention, and required transaction messages. Fitness and community activity is used only for the feature where it was provided.
Payments and providers
Payment details are handled by our payment provider. Supermaxx receives transaction identifiers and status needed to confirm access, refunds, disputes, and accounting; we do not ask you to send card details through support or chat.
Marketing choices
Promotional email requires separate consent and includes an unsubscribe path. Transactional messages needed to deliver a purchase or secure an account are handled separately.
Your controls
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information through support. Some financial, security, and legal records must be retained for their required period.
Public creators and streams
Creators control what they submit for publication. Public profiles, scheduled classes, live sessions, and replays are published only through the relevant review and rights process.
